Qualifications
Skills Required • Experience in complex data sets handling (Data Refining, Data Mining)
• Analytical mind and proven ability to process information logically and striving for data integrity
• Knowledge of reporting
• Ability to operate database systems.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software and ability to learn about new software/Assets.
• Proficient in using analytical tools and instruments for instance Excel, Microsoft Access etc.
• Customer service oriented / Customer focused.
• Self and fast learner
• Highly Organized , Proactive , Ability to handle multiple priorities and responsibilities
• Good communication skills
Education /qualification and Work Experience:
• University graduate desired (Preferably graduate engineer)
• Six sigma or Lean Certification, ITIL certification { desired}
• Experience in IT services/ IT Asset/ Inventory Management will be added advantage
• Knowledge of asset classification under Hardware/ software asset category will be an added advantage.
• Approx 1-3 years experience in similar role will be preferred
